Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pega Lead System Architect at Bluevoir in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Pega Lead System Architect will be responsible for system architecture, systems design, software development, systems engineering, and integration tasks to enhance business capabilities and drive innovation.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed university.
- 12-18 years minimum experience working in Pega technology.
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, including application architecture, data model design, case design, UI design, and integration architecture, to meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into technical solutions using Pega Platform capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams, including Pega System Architects, Senior System Architects, and developers, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and standards.
- Pega Development: Develop and configure Pega applications using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega Platform tools, including case management, workflow design, decision rules, UI design, and integration services.
- Application Integration: Design and implement integration solutions to integrate Pega applications with external systems, databases, and third-party applications using Pega connectors, REST/SOAP services, and other integration technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and conduct performance tuning activities to improve the scalability, responsiveness, and efficiency of Pega applications.
