We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Lead Decision Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex decisioning solutions for our clients
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, develop decisioning strategies, and design and configure decisioning components within the Pega platform
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing decisioning solutions using Pega, and be able to lead and mentor a team of decisioning developers
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of complex decisioning solutions using Pega Decisioning and other Pega tools.
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop decisioning strategies to support their goals.
Collaborate with other members of the project team to design and configure decisioning components within the Pega platform.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to decisioning developers, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the highest quality solutions are delivered.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and testing to ensure that decisioning solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable.
Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Stay current with the latest developments and trends in Pega decisioning and related technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in designing and developing decisioning solutions using Pega.
Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning tools such as Pega Decision Management, Pega Marketing, and Pega Customer Decision Hub.
Experience with Pega version 7.x and above.
Strong understanding of decisioning concepts such as decision trees, decision tables, and decision strategies.
Experience leading a team of decisioning developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
