- Position: Pega Business Architect
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification is required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience working with Pega systems, including design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related technologies.
Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements and translate these into functional specifications.- Design and architect Pega solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and standards.
Lead and participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Pega applications.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the Pega system.
Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Perform gap analysis between current and desired end states, and recommend solutions to bridge these gaps.
Ensure that Pega applications are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and methodologies.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pega technology and incorporate these into the organization's practices.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
