Job Responsibilities:_
- Prepare & review quotes and/or proposals for new project work.
Carrying out design work for the structures that ranges from concept level to detailed design.- Able to communicate ideas and recommendations to non-engineer team members in a clear manner
Excellent time management and project management skills
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering theories and principles
Knowledge and understanding of project technical specification and codes affecting building design- Effective leadership skills in planning, quantity estimate, structure design & report making.
Perform assessments and structural feasibilities on building integrity, remedial approaches for structural solutions.
- Mentor and assist in developing junior engineering staff
Ability of Team Work- Decision making and Judgment
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software (STADD, Etab).

Other Duties & Responsibilities:_
- Some travel may be required
Ability to attend and conduct presentations- Ability to explain pros & cons of building design.
Ability to physically implement designs
- May be exposed to construction sites for random site visits
