Role
Capacity Planning of the ETP, ZLD, WTP, STP Plants.
Designing and RFQ preparation of HVAC, Fire Hydrant System of the new facility or in existing plants.
Project budget and schedule monitoring and meeting the on PQCDSM parameters
A purpose driven role for you
- Planning ,ordering and execution in the Capex in Mechanical utilities
- Expand Capacity ahead of demand, rationalize capacity to achieve cost benefits, and carry out smooth launch and ramp-up of facilities for new models.
- NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Providing MEP services for new model development across HMCL facilities to meet the target
- Improve profitability by optimizing and reducing total cost, aligning with organizational TPM and device maximum benefits in terms of productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
- Integrate digitalization across plants for real time, centralized monitoring of data to improve quality and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen systems, encourage innovation to leverage idea generation, and explore electric vehicle and other new/advanced technologies.
- Continuously explore Sustainability initiatives, in order to create green manufacturing plants and set benchmark in industry.

Academic Qualification & Experience
1.3-5 years of experience in Utility Projects.
- 5 years of experience of working in automobile /component/auxiliary industry
- Experience is must in a similar profile

- Compressor for Air supply
