Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in product development and merchandising within the garment industry.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant merchandising software.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
