Job Title: PCSM Developer
Urgent Requirement: Immediate Joiners Needed
Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience with PCC (PowerCurve Collection) / Tallyman.
- Proficient in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, jQuery, UML.
- Knowledge of SOAP, WSDL, XML (XSL, XSD, XPath).
- Familiarity with LDAP, encryption, and security technologies.
- Understanding of load balancing.
- Experience with IIS, Tomcat, WebSphere.
- Configuring multi-threaded environments.
- Experience with middleware (IBM MQ or EAI).
- Professional Experience:
- 3+ years in IT integration, programming (Java, SQL, XML, SOAP, REST, JSON).
- 4+ years of coding and development experience.
- Experience in capital markets (collections, risk management, customer journey, investment banking, regulatory reporting).
- Methodologies & Tools:
- Agile/Sprint framework experience.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Communication & Documentation:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to present and document project deliverables clearly.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Computer Science/Engineering preferred.
- Master's degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Knowledge of DC retirement products, retirement regulations (ERISA, DOL), and retirement planning.
- We seek a PCSM Developer with 4-5 years of technical analysis and coding experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.
