Job Description
Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the staffing industry.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their hiring needs, staffing challenges, and business objectives to offer tailored solutions that address their requirements.
Prepare compelling proposals, pricing structures, and contract terms that align with clients needs and company policies. Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Experience in Staff Augmentation (Contract Staffing)
Acquired new logos (Specifically in BFSI Domain in West India)
Should have experience in end to end client interactions, requirements gathering, client coordination, account management, escalation management, team management and served as a SPOC for all clients. Arrange appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and new customers for discussing new opportunities and for business expansions.
Good exposure in generating business from existing clients. Should be able to acquire new logo & business on its own. Identifying new customers and should be a go-getter. Should have the ability to develop business growth plans, spot obstacles and guide a new venture from inception to completion.
Should have experience in Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals and provide appropriate and customized value propositions. Should understand customer requirement, agreements, compliance, should have commercial mindset, able to negotiate etc.
Should be able to Identify opportunities of growth in the account and lead account strategy and planning. Expand the scale of business operations, promote community outreach and meet sales targets
Should done IT staffing for the clients
Should work with the sales and delivery team and should be focussed on the overall PCS Business Units target.
Other Skills
Maintain relationship with CXOs & Sr Management.
Ability to manage accounts & solve problems.
Must have experience in team management.
Detailed & hands on experience in PowerPoint presentations.
Core Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager you will oversee our entire staff augmentation business process. You will manage the full sales cycle, covering lead generation, outreach, sales development, closing sales, and account management. Your ultimate goal is to build long-term relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. To be successful in this role, you must have expertise in IT sales, a proactive mindset, and be able to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders.
