Coordinate day-to-day global payroll operations for our international offices, with a focus on UK, Germany, Australia and Japan.
Maintain and update payroll sheets with employee changes and submit them to external vendors Process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
Verify numerical accuracy on reports and payments.
Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving employee payroll inquiries.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Help maintain compliance with international tax and wage laws.
Support the preparation of payroll-related reports and documentation.
Assist in improving and streamlining payroll processes and systems.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3-4 years of payroll experience; international payroll experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and team members.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing payroll regulations and processes.
