What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day global payroll operations for our international offices, with a focus on UK, Germany, Australia and Japan.
- Maintain and update payroll sheets with employee changes and submit them to external vendors Process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Verify numerical accuracy on reports and payments.
- Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving employee payroll inquiries.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Help maintain compliance with international tax and wage laws.
- Support the preparation of payroll-related reports and documentation.
- Assist in improving and streamlining payroll processes and systems.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of payroll experience; international payroll experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing payroll regulations and processes.
