Job Description
Managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance
and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies. Ensuring
compliance by following managements policies and procedures as per compensation policy.
Responsible for the ensuring statutory compliances relating to payroll like PF, ESI, TDS etc.
Should be well versed with provisions of PF, ESI,TDS, Gratuity, PWF .
Experience of reconciliation and filing of TDS returns as per form 27A.
Should be well versed with preparing the MIS reports and transforming companys data into rich
visualizations using Power BI dashboards.

Computer skills including Proficiency in Excel Formulas and Functions, Knowledge of Pivot Table
Analysis, Quality Use of Conditional Formatting, Proficiency in Charts and Visualizations

Educational Qualification
A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting.
ICWA (Inter)and CA (Inter)
Experience
Minimum of 6-7 Years of Experience in company of repute preferably in MNC in Payroll/AP
Function.
Preferred candidates from ITES/Finance/Banking Industry will be shortlisted.
