Roles And Responsibilities
Monitor internal HR systems and databases
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
Address employees queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics
Manage and oversee the whole Payroll process.
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
Complete HR operational requirements
Required Candidate Profile
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
MBA / Masters Degree in HR, or Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in HR Payroll & Compliances
Good in maintaining error free data in HR Systems.
Good in error free use of standard templates (doc files & excel files) used in the organisation.
Must have good analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb computer literacy and exposure to related HR software
