Location - Hyderabad/Pune
- 2 - 5 years of experience, preferably in payroll / implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
- Detail-oriented, high accuracy with numbers, good experience in MS office.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Extremely service oriented with a willingness to learn new things.
- Must have experience in international calling & handling escalations.
- Ability to organize, prioritize & manage work tasks and follow up on time.
- Independent thinker who is highly motivated and possesses an intrinsic passion for quality.
