Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensations.
- Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from employees salaries, such as taxes and benefits.
- Generate and distribute pay statements, reports, and summaries to relevant departments.
- Stay informed about changes in tax and labor laws to ensure compliance in payroll processes.
- Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements And Skills
- Bachelors degree in finance, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Familiarity with payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
