Responsibilities

  • Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensations.
  • Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from employees salaries, such as taxes and benefits.
  • Generate and distribute pay statements, reports, and summaries to relevant departments.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax and labor laws to ensure compliance in payroll processes.
  • Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements And Skills

  • Bachelors degree in finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
  • maintaining financial integrity and employee satisfaction within an organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience Required: 3-6 years
