Job Description: Payroll Solutions Specialist (PSS) - International Voice

Mandatory Skills:

  • International Voice
  • Prior experience in payroll processing
  • Experience with payroll software and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with U.S. state and federal payroll/tax laws and regulations
  • Payroll certifications such as FPC/CPP can be advantageous

Job Brief: We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Payroll Solutions Specialist group supporting our clients by helping run their payrolls seamlessly. The prospective candidates must have proven track record of action as champions of the service team, should possess the skills to play a vital role in building long-lasting client relationships by demonstrating exception service attitudes. The candidates must also exhibit a very high focus on client success, retention, and overall revenue growth for the business.

About the role: At ADP, we are heavily invested in our clients through state-of-the-art HCM technologies, service excellence, and on-time client support. You will be acting as the brand ambassadors for ADP and drive business profitability. Your key responsibilities in this role comprise of managing a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you are required to stay current with the latest market trends and changing dynamics of business landscape. The role will also require a high level of:

  1. Ability to dive-deep: Should proactively seek out issues, investigate them deeper, and provide solutions in line with the business need
  2. Networking: Cultivate and build strong relationships, both with the clients, and within ADP so you can effectively address issues, collaborate efficiently with the internal stakeholders, and drive solution based connects with the clients and internal teams

PSS Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields
  • Prior experience in a related role (CSR, Account Executive, Client Service Management) preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Verbal
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport with the clients, internal partners, and colleagues
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational and project management
  • Proficiency in MS-Office suite
  • Knowledge of HCM industry and trends highly desirable
  • Strategic thinking ability especially in developing innovative strategies for customer retention, NPS, and client satisfaction
  • Effective time-management abilities in a dynamic environment
  • Team player and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Willingness to work in late night shifts (9/10PM through 6/7AM) Non-negotiable
