Task and Responsibilities:
- Administer and process the company's payroll on a timely basis.
- Verify timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and deductions to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll, including tax obligations
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Address and resolve employee questions and concerns regarding payroll.
- Provide information and support related to payroll issues, including deductions, leave balances, and salary calculations.
- Manage and update payroll software and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and auditing purposes.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration
Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll software
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
