Job Description

Task and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and process the company's payroll on a timely basis.
  • Verify timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and deductions to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll, including tax obligations
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Address and resolve employee questions and concerns regarding payroll.
  • Provide information and support related to payroll issues, including deductions, leave balances, and salary calculations.
  • Manage and update payroll software and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and auditing purposes.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration

Skills:

  • Proficiency in payroll software
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
