About The Role
As the
Payroll Manager at Gamlaa, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of end-to-end payroll processes and HR operations across our PAN India operations. This dynamic position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations, specifically focused on payroll management.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Payroll Management:
- Oversee the complete payroll cycle, including Monthly Attendance, Leaves, and Overtime Compilation for PAN India operations.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including details of new joiners, exits, salary increments, and any updates related to salary changes.
- Handle bank account changes and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Banking And Salary Processing
- Prepare banking files for bulk salary processing, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Receive training, if necessary, to effectively use HRMS software for seamless payroll operations.
HRMS And Database Management
- Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) software for payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in MS Excel and other database management tools.
Compliance And Contributions
- Demonstrate strong understanding of labor compliances, ensuring monthly PF and ESIC contributions and timely submission of challans.
- Stay updated on relevant statutory requirements and implement necessary changes.
HR MIS Reporting
- Prepare Monthly HR Management Information System (MIS) related to manpower headcount and cost, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, particularly in payroll management.
- Maximum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in handling payroll for a minimum of 500 employees.
- Knowledge of blue-collar compliance is an added benefit, though not mandatory.
- Experience in processing payroll through HRMS software is essential.
- Non-IT background preferred.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certifications in Payroll Management or HR Operations would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and database management.

- We are a work from office company because we love working in teams
- The office is based out of Hyderabad & we would like you to come down and work from here.
Compensation And Benefits
- We believe in paying competitive salaries to our employees based on their experience and expertise and our base salary for this role ranges from 5 to 6 Lakhs per annum.
