Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager with 4-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing our payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Payroll Manager will also be responsible for managing client communications & engagements and ensuring that all payroll processes are efficient and effective.
Responsibilities
- Manage & deliver client engagements related to payroll processing.
- Manage and oversee the entire payroll system, including data input, processing, and distribution
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations: Provident Fund, ESI, PT, LWF
- Supervise and manage a team of payroll Executives
- Ensure that all payroll processes are efficient and effective
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the payroll process
- Provide support to other departments regarding payroll-related issues
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports and records
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4-10 years of experience in payroll management
- Experience with payroll processing software GreyTHR, KEKA
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and supervise a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
