Job Title : Payroll HR Executive Male
Location Tirupur (Tamilnadu)
- Roles & Responsibilities (Male)
- Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain daily attendance in HRMS software
- Run HR payroll every month based on attendance and leave
- Managing statutory compliance ESI & PF other as per laws.
- Compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities .
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, MBA in HR 3 -5 years of experience in Payroll Management in HRMs software.
- Experience in working garment industry
Desired Skills
- Microsoft Excel and advance Formulas
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software.
