Key Responsibilities:
- Good English Communication Skill
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK employees, including data input, calculations, and distribution of payslips.- Ensure accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory requirements related to income tax, National Insurance contributions, and pension deductions.
Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in UK payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments to payroll processes.
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide support as needed.- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related issues.
Prepare and submit statutory reports, such as P11Ds and year-end returns, in compliance with HMRC guidelines.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
