Key Responsibilities :
Complete ownership of the payroll process.
Resolution of Employee queries in a time bound manner
Responsible for managing Pan India Payroll Operations
Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of payroll data once received from the vendor
Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages)
Managing employee benefits program
Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance
Vendor engagement & management for payroll and statutory compliances
Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations)
Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.)
Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes
Career Growth : Manager - Payroll and Statutory Compliance can be later groomed into a C&B person.
