Payroll Processing: Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of the organization's payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local payroll, wage, tax and hour laws practices. Prepare and file payroll tax returns and ensure accurate & timely submission of all payroll taxes
Query Management: Address and resolve queries and issues from employees.
Leave Management
Handle Employee Benefits : Manage reimbursement disbursement, medical insurance and group insurance
HR MIS: Maintain accurate MIS reports and submit as per timelines
Systems Management: Maintain payroll systems and software. Work with IT and other departments to ensure systems are integrated and functioning properly.
Audits and Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures and records to ensure accuracy. Reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications
Graduate or Post Graduate
6 to 9 years of relevant experience within Human Resources payroll processing department.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge and experience of SAP
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
Experience in handling Payroll for 1000+ employees
Experience in lean process, process improvement, implementation of enabling HR technologies will be an added advantage
