Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (e.g. BBA, BA). Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration (e.g., MBA, PGDM, preferred.) Certifications like PGDHRM, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP can be advantageous.
Experience: 06 - 08 years

Languages: - Fluent English, Hindi, Marathi, any other languages (add-on skill)
Computer Skills: - HRMS Software, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics, Microsoft Office 360 (Advance Excel, PPT) / AI Tools usage
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced HR Executive / Payroll Executive to manage our HR department, ensure compliance with employment laws, and oversee recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
2.Stay updated on legislative changes and industry standards.
3.Manage and supervise HR department staff.
4.Oversee recruitment, selection processes, and employee onboarding & offboarding process.
5.Maintain HR records, handle employee relations, and resolve conflicts.
6.Manage employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
7.Administer compensation, payroll, and performance evaluation processes.
8.Develop employee recognition and rewards programs. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
9.Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
10.Core competency in compliances (PF, ESIC, PT) and other HR compliances.
11.Preparing and working PT Returns, PF Returns, ESIC Returns (ECR- PF/ESIC/ECR Uploading)
Specific Requirements:
Full compliance knowledge (PF, PT, ESIC)
Registration of ESIC, PF, PT on portal
Challan filing on portal
Salary and CTC structure preparation
Recruitment experience
PF ECR uploading on portal
Bonus and leave calculation
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with HRM Software or relevant software
- Conflict resolution and workplace relationship expertise
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- HR compliance expertise
- Leadership qualities and abilities
