Payroll Executive 3+ Years Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for a workforce of 300+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement.
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including attendance and leave calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Income Tax, and other government-mandated deductions.
- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for payroll-related matters and statutory audits.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings and returns (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, TDS) on time.
- Handle employee queries regarding payroll, tax deductions, and other compensation-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and address discrepancies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing for large teams (300+ employees).
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, etc.).
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong coordination skills for working with consultants and ensuring timely filings.
