We are looking to hire a dynamic candidate in our firm En Pointe Adwisers to join the Practice.

Function: Payroll Consultant

Qualification: Graduate (B.com) / Post Graduate (MBA)

Years of Experience: Min 2 - 4 years.

Work Location: New Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of payroll elements, taxes, labour law (Specifically PF, ESIC, LWF, PTAX etc) & compensation.
• Payroll processing.
• Employee query handling.
• Proficient on Microsoft office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
• Smart and diligent to undertake the Payroll & related HR assignment effectively.
• Understanding of Onboarding and data management.
• Knowledge on Leave & Attendance process.
• Understanding of various HR policies roll forward in India.
• Proficiency on the HR software like GreytHR, Workday, SAP, ERP etc and modules to cover Hire to Retire.
