Qualification Experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in handling statutory liabilities such as EPF, NPS, TDS, and gratuity.
- Experience in addressing employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and investments.
- Familiarity with ZOHO Payroll is a definite advantage.
