Payroll & Accounts Executive

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Payroll & Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in payroll and accounts management, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. The role requires excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees and ensure accuracy of calculations
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports on a regular basis, such as balance sheets and income statements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and accounting
• Communicate with employees and vendors regarding payment and billing inquiries

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll and accounts management
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations in India
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
