Overview

The position of the Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all payment processing related tasks of Artificial Intelligence projects.

DESCRIPTION

Work with payment support team on daily task related to processing payments of the participants across the different locations.

Coordinate all the administrative tasks related to the AI Projects

Will be responsible for all communication (email and calls) with different team members and stakeholders

Will be responsible for providing timely updates to the PM/Account managers and Account Payables teams

Do timely follow-up with Account team to release pending payments for the participants from different locations.

Monitor and control payment requests statuses, troubleshooting payment issues and collecting missing information,

Comply with relevant and applicable procedures

All other tasks as assigned by a manager

REQUIRED SKILLS

Highly-developed computer skills (Excel, MS Office, Windows)

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Detail orientation with the ability to multitask

Ability to meet deadlines

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Independence in carrying out assigned tasks

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of payment cycles, account payable and basic accounting procedures
