Accurately post payments to patient accounts or customer accounts from various sources such as insurance companies, customers, or third-party payers.

• Reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate application of payments to invoices and outstanding balances.
• Work closely with the billing and accounts team to manage reconciliation processes.
• Investigate payment issues and communicate with customers, banks, or insurance companies to resolve them.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track payment and reconciliation status.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit processes as needed.
