Payment Poster

We are hiring both freshers and experienced candidates for the role of Payment Posting. The position requires working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Salary will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Download Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from insurance portals.
• Maintain daily insurance posting logs.
• Track and manage Coordination of Benefits (COB) and policy inactive denials.
• Apply knowledge of HMO insurances in daily tasks.
• Work efficiently during night shifts.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in payment posting and EOB management preferred.

Knowledge of HMO insurance processes.

Comfortable working night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with insurance portals and denial management.

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
