- Role & Responsibilities :
Once the Pre-boot camp is completed, contact the students for facilitating payment.
Assign students with a feasible mode of payment.
Do payment collection
Forward part payment list to student coordinator along with the deadline.
Once the student coordinator sends the details of part payment, collect the payment.
Follow-Up DNP students for payment.
Building Rapport with Learners
Listening and Solving their queries
Calling for Payments and Regular Follow Ups
Explaining Learners about the different Payment Modes & Guiding for the same
Dealing with Excel & Emails
Patience towards dealing with Repeated queries
Handling Zoom & CRMs
Documentation and Preparing Reports
Responsible for Data Backup - Storage
Should be Flexible to Learn new Skills
Should work together with Team for achieving targets
To adapt flexible timings and rotational offs.
