Job Title: Payment Collection Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding payments from clients.
Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue accounts.- Negotiate payment terms and resolve payment disputes in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment activities.
- Prepare and send out account statements and reminders.
Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.- Generate and analyze reports on payment collections and outstanding balances.
Assist with credit control and monitoring of accounts receivable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a customer service position with a focus on collections.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,) and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, accounting, or related field is a plus.
