We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Patient Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints. The Patient Relations Officer will work closely with medical staff and administrative personnel to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff
• Respond to patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Investigate and resolve patient issues and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions
• Provide feedback to medical staff and administrators regarding patient concerns
• Develop and implement patient satisfaction surveys and other feedback mechanisms
• Provide education and training to medical staff and administrative personnel on patient relations best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in patient relations or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws
• Experience with patient satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
