Description

We are seeking an experienced Patient Care to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in accordance with established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients physical and mental health status
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and other medical information
• Assisting with patient hygiene and personal care needs
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhering to established infection control and safety protocols

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Patient Care in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
