We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Manager/Administrator to oversee our healthcare facility in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing patient care services and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of patient care services in the healthcare facility
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Supervise and train healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure smooth patient care delivery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize patient care services
- Ensure that the healthcare facility is properly equipped and staffed to meet patient needs
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in a patient care management or healthcare administration role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards in India
