Patient Care Functions:
Provides patient counseling / education.
Responds to patient query calls.
Ensure proper documentation of the individual corporate patients.
Inform patients / attendants about the corporate policies and protocols.
Financial counseling of the corporate/TPA cash patients.
Guiding patient / attendants to the respective department's co-ordinator.
Guiding patients to give their valuable suggestions and feedbacks for better services.
Conducts follow-up calls & Outstanding recovery
Monitors the quality of patient care services.
Other Functions:
Admission intimation to respective corporate.
Intimation of long stay patients for stay approval to respective corporate.
To visit & counsel the long stay Corporate patient with their approval status and tentative discharge and document the same.
To closely monitoring of approval/credit letter or extension letter sending in time fame to respective corporate.
Intimation letter for surgery/procedure approval in case of deviations.
Uphold the highest standards of service and conduct.
Supervising & guiding of newly staffs.
Maintaining of Corporate desk daily MIS.
Patients meet and greet reports.
Collection of positive feedback and Google reviews.
Discharge from desk non receiving Corporate/BSKY patients.
Any other additional responsibility assigned to him/her by the departmental HOD from time to time.
