Plan, coordinate and carry out patient care operations.
Respond to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.
Maintain patient medical records up-to-date.
Guide on insurance related issues and claims of the patients.
Help in admission/discharge and other issues for IPD patients.
Process patient billings and collect payments.
Maintain patient records confidential and secure.
