Job Description

Position: Patient Calling (5 )

Location: Noida Sec 63

Employee Location: Should be reside in Noida/ Delhi

Average Salary: Monthly 20,000 (Rest depend on their last drawn and experience)

Job Description: The role of the Patient Calling is to initiate telephone calls to patients for facilitating and coordinating communication between patients, family members, and medical staff.

Responsibilities:

Handles patient calls to the patients and the insurance companies.

Schedules appointments, make follow-up calls to patients and provides accurate information.

Obtaining patients addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.

Updating and verifying patient information at every visit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in Internation BPO.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer concerns
  • Proven ability to manage customer contacts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency handling customer contacts, queries and resolutions.
