Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry Trainer at CakeZone in Bangalore. As a Pastry Trainer, you will be responsible for training and mentoring the pastry team at the kitchen level, organizing and conducting baking classes, developing new pastry recipes, and ensuring the quality and consistency of pastry products. You will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and contribute to the overall success of the pastry department.

Please note: This job requires daily travel to different locations within the city

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry production and baking
• Knowledge of various pastry techniques and decoration
• Ability to train and mentor junior pastry chefs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Creativity and passion for pastry
• Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field

Salary Range: 20-25k In hand (negotiable)
