Highly motivated individuals
Pastry and baking experience- Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and bakery equipment.
Diploma in baking or related field
Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
- Responsible for the preparation and baking of pastries.
Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.- Responsible for the preparation and storage of baking items, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
To maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene according to food safety standards Ingredients.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of ingredients and packaging.
Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends.
