- Design dessert menus by collaborating with the head chef and incorporating seasonal and regional ingredients.

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry section of the kitchen, including stock management, scheduling, and supply orders.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, ensuring that all team members adhere to food safety and quality control standards.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring freshness.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary while maintaining a budget.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to all food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Adapt to dietary needs of customers, such as creating gluten-free, dairy-free, or sugar-free options.
