1. Assist the Head Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of desserts.

2. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained.

4. Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment of ingredients.

5. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Dessert Pastry Assistant Chef.

2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
