The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Verify the authenticity of passports and other travel documents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Identify potential security risks and escalate as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all passport checks and related activities
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
