Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at AUTOBAHN TRUCKING CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Parts Manager / Executive/ Assistant/ Trainee , you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory control, stock ordering efficiency, and issue of parts against warranty. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and timely delivery of parts to our customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field.
Qualifications And Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and management

- Manage and oversee the parts department operations
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures
- Ensure stock ordering efficiency to meet customer demands
- Handle the issue of parts against warranty and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with the service department to fulfill parts requests
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the parts inventory
- Utilize the DMS (Dealer Management System) effectively for parts management
- Analyze and forecast parts requirements based on historical data
- Generate business opportunities through service contracts and promotions
- Ensure speedy delivery of parts from the counter to the customers
