Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at AUTOBAHN TRUCKING CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Parts Manager / Executive/ Assistant/ Trainee , you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory control, stock ordering efficiency, and issue of parts against warranty. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and timely delivery of parts to our customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to forecast parts requirements
  • Proven track record in generating business through service contracts
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the parts department operations
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures
  • Ensure stock ordering efficiency to meet customer demands
  • Handle the issue of parts against warranty and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate with the service department to fulfill parts requests
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the parts inventory
  • Utilize the DMS (Dealer Management System) effectively for parts management
  • Analyze and forecast parts requirements based on historical data
  • Generate business opportunities through service contracts and promotions
  • Ensure speedy delivery of parts from the counter to the customers
