- Parts Sales: Sell automotive parts to customers, meeting sales targets and promoting MG products.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and optimize parts storage.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Parts Lookup: Utilize parts catalog systems to identify and locate parts for customers.
- Order Processing: Process parts orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
- Returns and Warranty: Handle returns, warranty claims, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service department, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless parts support.
- Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast
-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
- Basic computer skills, including parts catalog systems and inventory management software
