Tahaan is an NGO based in Pune that aims to make India drought-resistant. They provide water to villages in Maharashtra and other parts of the country through tankers and conduct awareness programs on water conservation. They have also implemented tree plantation drives and urban tree adoption programs to combat man-made drought. Tahaan is committed to creating a society that understands the importance of water and practices smart water use and collection.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Foster Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with like-minded organizations and stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.
- Curate Bespoke CSR Programs: Design and implement customized Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
- Manage Effective Communication: Ensure seamless communication across all partnerships and programs.
- Plan and Execute Environmental Events: Organize impactful events focused on water conservation and tree plantation.
- Hybrid Work Structure: Enjoy the flexibility of working both remotely and in-person.
- Monitor and Report on Program Impact: Track the success of our initiatives and report on their outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to build lasting relationships and support for our cause.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Strategic Partnerships
- Experience in Partnerships and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Knowledge of water conservation and sustainability practices is a plus
- Experience working in the non-profit sector is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
