Job Summary
MyClassboard is seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Manager to oversee and manage partner relationships, focusing on franchise onboarding, finance partner integration, and payment gateway client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking or financial services, with strong skills in relationship management, project coordination, and partner onboarding. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth integration, maximizing partner satisfaction, and driving mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Onboarding
- Drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless integration experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address the unique needs and requirements of each franchise partner.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with franchise partners to support long-term collaboration and success.
- Finance Partner Onboarding
- Manage onboarding of financial partners, including banks and other financial institutions.
- Work closely with finance and compliance teams to ensure all necessary requirements and regulations are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for finance partners, facilitating communication and resolving any issues promptly.
- Payment Gateway Client Onboarding
- Lead the onboarding process for new payment gateway clients, coordinating technical integration and user training.
- Liaise with internal technology and support teams to ensure clients have a smooth setup experience.
- Monitor and report on client progress, actively addressing any onboarding challenges to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Partner Manager or Relationship Manager role, ideally in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience with onboarding, relationship management, and partner coordination, particularly with banks, franchises, and financial clients.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments.
- Knowledge of finance and payment gateway systems.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
