• Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to spearhead our alliance and partnership efforts for Angel and Demon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with angel investors, venture capitalists, investment houses, and corporate sponsors. This role is critical for securing strategic partnerships and sponsorships that will drive the success of our show.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to attract angel investors, venture capitalists, and investment houses for Angel and Demon.

• Identify and engage potential brand partners and sponsors to secure financial backing and promotional support for the show.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, sponsors, and business partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Maintain high satisfaction across our partners and their customers.

• Familiarize partners with product features and functionalities, providing feedback and insights to relevant teams to enhance product offerings and user experiences.

Plan and execute strategies with partners to grow market presence.

• Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that align with business objectives and strategy.

Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports on partner performance, deals in the pipeline, red alerts, targets achieved, and support needed.

• Represent Vlippr AI and Angel and Demon at industry events, networking functions, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.

• Required Skills and Expertise:

Partnership Development: Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships with angel investors, venture capitalists, and investment houses.

• Brand Sponsorship: Strong track record in securing brand sponsorships and collaborations.

Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for all parties involved.

Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the investment landscape, particularly in the context of reality shows and entertainment.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans.

Networking: Strong network within the investment and corporate sponsorship communities.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.

Proven ability to secure and manage high-value partnerships.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights on partnership performance.
