Sr. Manager, PartnershipsHe/ She will assist Head of Growth forming partnerships across verticals of FMCG, Insurance, Wellness etc as well as large corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying the right businesses as per the different product propositions.
Sending out proposals to potential leads and setup meetings with the decision makers.
. Identify upsell opportunities with existing accounts- Assist the Growth Head in converting the enterprise leads.
Meet the projections as per monthly & quarterly targets.
Monitor team KPIs and proactively and anayze the team performance.- Present KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to the leadership team.
Who should apply- Experience in e-commerce/marketplaces/content or media-tech companies in India with 5 years experience.
MBA (or equivalent post-graduation degree)
- Ability to draft creative proposals for timely delivery
Excellent communication skills.- Affinity to build lasting business relationships
Excellent organizational skills for maintaining processes with client engagement agreements, invoicing etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and start-up environment
