Position Overview
Lyzr is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partnership Manager to lead the recruitment and management of key strategic partners for our Xpedition Partner Program. This role will drive the growth of Lyzr's partner ecosystem by targeting tech-enabled services and consulting firms. The Partnership Manager will ensure strong partner relationships, support mutual growth, and drive sales of Lyzr's AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard tech-enabled service providers and consulting firms ($10M - $200M revenue) to join the Xpedition Partner Program.
- Partner Management: Manage named strategic partners, fostering deep, collaborative relationships to drive mutual success and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to market, sell, and implement Lyzr's AI solutions.
- Onboarding: Lead the partner onboarding process, including evaluation, agreement signing, training, and certification.
- Revenue Growth: Collaborate with partners to drive sales and ensure alignment with Lyzr's revenue targets and strategic goals.
- Partner Success: Monitor partner performance, satisfaction, and compliance with the program's KPIs (e.g., revenue targets, customer satisfaction).
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Lyzr's sales and technical teams to support co-selling and joint marketing activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine partner strategies, ensuring adaptability and success in a dynamic market.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in partner management, ideally in the tech or AI space.
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing strategic partnerships.
- Experience in building go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
